Shipping and Return Information

For our United States customers, the Indigo Store offers you a choice of either US Postal Services Priority Mail or UPS shipping. The options for UPS are Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, and Ground (see UPS Ground Delivery Times). For USPS Priority Mail the options will be presented to you at checkout time.

Orders to Canada are shipped using the US Postal Services’ International Priority Mail. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties and taxes when their order is delivered. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses (other than Canada), P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.

All merchandise is shipped from the Indigo Store in Dallas, Texas on Monday through Friday - assuming it’s not a holiday. We ship on the same business day if ordered before 3:00pm CST. Weekend orders go out promptly on Monday. Contact us if you have any extraordinary shipping needs and we will certainly try to accommodate you.

Defective products returned within 30 days will be gladly refunded or replaced at no additional shipping charges to you. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from the Indigo Store for any other reason, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is in un-opened, as-received, resalable condition, no restocking fee will be charged. Products that are returned damaged, missing parts, or have missing or damaged packaging (don’t forget the instruction manual!), will incur a restocking fee from 15% up to the full purchase price. We will then issue a credit minus shipping and restocking fee (if applicable) to your account.

The Indigo Store attempts to honor all the manufacturer warranties associated with any items we sell. Be aware that some manufacturer warranties, however, require that you send the product directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If the individual manufacturer’s policy is not clear in the item’s Instruction Manual, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All returns, for whatever reason, must have an RMA# issued by the Indigo Store, so please contact us for a return authorization number. Include in your request a description of the symptoms you are experiencing with the module in question. Sometimes the unit may not need replacing, but just needs a little CPR like a "Factory Reset." Shipping charges are your responsibility unless the return is for a defective or failed item in which case, we will usually pay for shipping a warranty replacement and the return to us of the failed unit.
